Simone Biles

Simone Biles is an American gymnast. Born on March 14, 1997, in Columbus Ohio U.S.A. She was the first female gymnast from America in history to have won four gold medals at a single Games. in Rio de Janeiro, she also became the first woman to win successive World All-Around championships. Biles was raised at home in Spring Texas, in the Houston metropolitan area. Her sister Adria were adopted by Ronald Biles and Nellie Biles. Simone began to take the sport of gymnastics seriously as a six-year-old during a school field trip to Bannon Gymnastix. Aimee Borman was her coach throughout the next 11 years. Biles was a winner in the vault and floor exercise at the women's Junior Olympic National Championships before getting to the elite competition level in the year 2011. Two years later, she was a dominant competitor in the sport. Biles's consistent, exuberant character and her high level of challenge during her four eventsvault uneven bars, balance beam floor exercise and floor exercise -- made her out from the rest of the athletes.
