Meagan Good born August 8th, 1981 was brought up within Panorama City in Los Angeles by her father Leondis Leon Good and Tyrawardlow-Doyle. Tyra worked for her as a manager throughout her teens. Her family consisted of three siblings in Canyon Country in California and started her acting career when she was just four years old. In the beginning of her career, she was an extra for programs on television like Doogie Howser Amen or M.D. At the age of 13, she appeared in her first film, Friday. In 1997, she first was recognized for her performance in Eve's Bayou as Cisely Batiste who is a troubled teenage girl. The film earned her the first N.A.A.C.P. nomination for this film. Image Award nominated. Good began with minor roles in film and on TV during a short period of time after which she moved on to adult roles in the early 2000s. She also appeared in 2003 as she was Vanessa Scott in My Wife and Kids. She received nominations for Best Actress for the Black Movie Awards in 2005. Then she appeared in several other films, including Cookout Venom One Missed call Waist Deep The Love Guru and You Got Serve. While in both T.V. Originating from Texas Killmer was one of the students at Baylor University in Waco Texas from where she obtained a B.F.A. Degree in performing arts was obtained in 2010. Her first appearance on screen in 2010 on the web series If I Can Dream. Kara Killmer began her career as a screen actress in 2010, after having appeared in various local shows. She was a part of Simon Fuller's Hulu series If I Can Dream in the pilot episode. The show's focus was on an ensemble of actors who started to reside together in California, Hollywood.
